Place the pack flat in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use.

Wrap in a thin cloth or towel, then apply to the desired area (neck, back, knees, shoulders, wrists, etc.).

Use for about 15–20 minutes at a time, then remove and allow skin to return to normal temperature before reapplying.
