Sacro Wedge is a premium lumbar and seat support built to improve sitting alignment in seats that tilt back and can’t be adjusted to a neutral position. It combines structured lumbar support with 1" visco-elastic memory foam in the back and seat, plus a 2" alignment wedge beneath the seat foam to help level the seat pan and bring hips and knees into a more neutral posture. This design supports more natural spinal positioning and helps reduce pressure felt from poor seat angle over time.

Built with durable materials and made for portability, it’s designed for automotive seating but also works well in office chairs, airplanes, stadium/theater seats, dining chairs, and more. This version includes a 24" tall back for extended back support.

Place the Sacro Wedge on your seat with the wedge under the seat area (thicker side toward the back) so it helps level a backward-tilted seat pan.

Sit all the way back so your hips and spine are supported and your back is in contact with the 24" tall backrest.

Gently bend/adjust the lumbar frame to match the natural curve of your lower back for a custom fit.

Use in cars or any chair with a backward tilt (office, airplane, stadium/theater, dining), and carry it by the handle when moving between seats.
