Place the Sacro Wedge on your seat with the thicker/wedged side toward the back of the seat to help level a backward-tilting seat pan.
Slide it back until the rear edge is firmly against the seatback and the 24" tall back is upright.
Sit all the way back so your hips, lower back, and upper back are in contact with the support; adjust your seat and mirrors as needed for the new height.
Gently bend/adjust the lumbar area (if needed) to match your natural lower-back curve for a custom fit.
Use the carry handle to move it easily between your car, office chair, airplane seat, or other seating.
