This supplement + PC = a great way to repair and rebuild cell membranes! A trick I quickly figured out: pour a spoonful of Balance Oil into a bowl THEN pour a spoonful of PC then mix. The PC will slide off the spoon so easily! Balance oil tastes amazing in my opinion by itself too…kind of a light nutty taste from the flax oil. I’ve been tempted to pour it on my salads as it tastes THAT good!
