Set Up Your Anchor:
For home: Loop the door anchor over the top/side hinge of a sturdy door and close it firmly.

For gym: Wrap the cinch anchor around a solid post or squat rack at your desired height.

Attach Resistance:
Clip the 35 lb resistance band to your Iron Neck Harness for linear resistance work (forward/backward walks, side steps, isometrics).

Use the light power band for added variety, warm-ups, or lighter resistance movements.

Train:
Face toward, away from, and sideways to the anchor for different neck angles.

Keep movements slow and controlled, maintaining a neutral spine and good posture.

Start with shorter sets and lower tension, then gradually increase time or distance as you get stronger.

After Your Session:
Unclip bands, remove the anchor, and store everything in the drawstring bag to keep it organized and tangle-free.
