Set Up an Anchor
At home: Loop the door anchor over the top or side of a sturdy door and close it firmly.
In the gym: Wrap the cinch anchor around a solid vertical post or squat rack at your desired height.
Attach Resistance
Clip the 25 lb resistance band to your Iron Neck Harness/tether to add linear resistance (forward, backward, and lateral movements).
Train
Face toward, away from, and sideways to the anchor for different neck angles.
Keep your spine neutral, core engaged, and movements slow and controlled.
Start with shorter sets and build up time or distance as you get stronger.
After Use
Unclip the band, remove the anchor, and store everything in the drawstring bag to keep it organized and tangle-free.
