Choose Your Resistance:
Use the 35 lb band to progress from lighter bands.
Move up to the 50 lb band as your strength, control, and technique improve.
Set Up:
Attach a band to a stable anchor point (door anchor, rack/post, sled, or cable attachment).
Clip the other end to your Iron Neck, harness, or handles depending on the exercise.
Train:
Use bands for resisted walks, rotations, presses, rows, squats, or neck-specific work.
Keep movements slow and controlled, maintaining a neutral spine and engaged core.
Progress by increasing resistance, reps, or time under tension—not all at once.
Light Power Band:
Use for warm-ups, activation, or lighter accessory work (e.g., pull-aparts, face pulls, hip hinges).
After Use:
Unclip bands, avoid overstretching, and store everything in the drawstring bag to keep it organized and tangle-free.
