How to Use

Take 5 pumps 1 hour before sun exposure (1.5 hours if food was recently consumed).
If over 175 lbs, take 7 pumps.
Take a second dose if still in the sun 3 hours after the first.
For extended, intense outdoor activity or when taking sun-sensitizing medication, use alternative topical protection after 30 minutes.
